White shutter button gone on video recording mode

Yes! It is when I’m recording I can’t see it.

I figured what the issue was. In camera settings my ProRes settings were on. That’s the reason it wasn’t showing. Now I have turned it off and the white shutter button is showing.

Thank you for your quick response. I tried the force restart and the problem still persists. Additionally, no it is not a third party app. It’s the built in camera.
