iPhone 14 with eSIM suddenly disables my Personal Hotspot.

What literally seems like it happened overnight, my Personal Hotspot suddenly greys out and I am unable to enable it. When I try to go back to enable it in Settings, it just says "To enable your Personal Hotspot, contact T-Mobile". I am extremely confused, because if it were the case, why would my device carrier randomly disable my Hotspot? I have the same data plan from when it was working. It is also worth noting that I am using an eSIM, and my device carrier is T-Mobile. I have been trying to find an issue for hours, to no avail. I seriously do not understand because my Hotspot was working just fine before. This iPhone is also turning 3 weeks old by the way. Any advice is appreciative, as this is ******* me off.
