Unable to fill billing address in Apple Account

When I try to sign in to the App store, it asked for the billing address and once I provide all my billing address details its showing 'Please enter Street name, town, phone number, area code as below . How can I fix that ?

I fixed that issue by doing following steps. If your apple account is a new one, please go through these steps and then you can easily avoid this issue.

Navigate to Apple Store Online - Holiday Gifts - Apple.
At the bottom of that page you can find Manage Your Apple Account.
And then you can sign in to your newly created apple account.
Then click on Payment Methods.
After that you can click on Add Payment Method…
In here you can fill the billing and shipping address details and click on update.
Then you can try to log into the App Store from your Mac device and then it will sync properly.
