Genius Bar Feedback

I know most people post feedback when they have a complaint, but I feel compelled to issue a compliment for the service I received from Cass (unsure of spelling) at the Mayfair (Milwaukee, WI) Apple store today. Not only did she resolve my issue in the most unexpected way possible, she was so kind and empathetic to the frustrations I had experienced when attempting to use Geek Squad to resolve the same issue. She is a gem and I hope the store and Apple corporate know just how lucky they are to have this remarkable young lady on their payroll.
