Apple TV 4K and Verizon fios and local channels

We purchased an Apple TV 4K remote and had no trouble installing it. However, we can no longer access our Verizon fios and local channels. I called Verizon and they could not help.

Have you checked to see if there was a Verizon App you could add to the AppleTV? The App store is on the same page as the settings option.

When I had my Satellite box, I used different inputs on the TV and changed it that way. I have been switching to all streaming content, so I did have to find a streaming local tv provider.

My son checked for that first. We have Verizon for cable and live tv but we do not have the Verizon streaming service which is separate.
