Caps lock on external keyboard isn't doing caps lock input

I use an external keyboard with my mac, specifically a Glorious GMMK3 with a lightning port adapter. (USB-A to Lightning) When I press the caps lock key, it spits out a bunch of different key inputs instead, which I saw from using Karabiner Event Viewer. I have checked Karabiner Elements and Modifier keys to see if I accidentally binded Caps Lock to something else, but they all seem fine. I tried things like binding caps lock to caps lock in Karabiner Elements and restarting the computer, and plugging out and in the keyboard, but this issue persists. If anybody knows how to fix this, please help!
