Mouse Keys not working

I tried to activate mouse keys, but when I get the window to confirm "Use Mouse Keys / Cancel" I can only cancel; hitting the blue "Use Mouse Keys" just flashes but does nothing.

Also I am unable to control the mouse using 7, 8, 9, U, O, J, K, L (Don't have a numpad).

I am physically impaired so would love to not have to use a mouse when using the computer.

My computer is an M4 Mac mini with Sequoia 15.1.1.

If anyone could solve this that would be awesome

What Keyboard are you using with the M4 Mac mini..?

Find the serial number of your Magic Keyboard, Magic Mouse, or Magic Trackpad - Apple Support

Plus updating from 15.1.1 to 15.2 might also fix.
