my macbook pro is stuck in recovery mode and it will not go to normal after i reset it and i used all the key combanations (comand+R or comand +optons+R+P)i tried choosing a startup disk but there arent any to choose this is my work laptop please help me.

Only drives that appear to be bootable can be chosen as the startup disk. You need to use Disk Utility to Repair your disk. if not repairable, and you DO have backups, you could re-install MacOS.
if you do NOT have backups, please post back for a MUCH more complex procedure that uses an external drive as an alternate boot drive.
