What I read is that Safari is not able to handle you tube and to solve this you should download chrome, i did that and it can not run as chrome needs os 11 or above my imac is updated with version 10.4.xx so it would work either way any clue
Yes, dialabrain nailed it, Tiger ( 10.4) is way too old. You need Lion (10.7) or better… if your iMac meets its requirements, get it here: How to download and install macOS - Apple Support (CA)
and Lion’s requirements :
OS X Lion - Technical Specifications - Apple Support (CA)
If your Mac is running 10.4 it's much too old to support modern browsers and streaming.
