Games are not stored in iCloud.
- Do you mean game data stored in iCloud? In that case go to Settings > [name on top] > iCloud > Manage Account Storage.
- Do you mean the cloud icon showing in the App Store for previous downloaded apps? You cannot remove that and it just shows you can download it again, whether it was a free or purchased app, but it is not storing the app in iCloud.
