The .download extension is often added when the file hasn’t finished downloading properly. You can try re-downloading the file. Most browsers will resume the download from where it was interrupted if the connection was lost.
Once the download is complete, if the file still has the .mp3.download extension, you can simply rename it by removing the .download part, leaving it as .mp3.
