iMac (2017) showing question mark in folder - won't recognise keyboard

I've bought an iMac and it used to be a school computer. It was wiped before I bought it, and did not come with a keyboard.

On start up it is showing the folder with a question mark in it. I'm trying to follow the instructions on the website below, but it doesn't recognise the two keyboards I have at home.

I have tried a Mac bluetooth keyboard, and a logitech plug-in keyboard but neither of them are working. Any other suggestions please!

FWIW, no wireless keyboard will work until you can pair it with the Mac. If your Logitech keyboard is for Windows the key combinations would be different. See: Windows keys on a Mac keyboard - Apple Support

If it's a Mac Logitech keyboard, the Mac may need serviced.
