Alarm freezing and screen freeze on iPhone

I just noticed that I no longer wake up at the time I set my alarm, and every time I want to understand why I notice that my screen has frozen (see image below) When my screen freezes like this the alarm no longer works I would like to understand why it does this to me and I want to stop it,

Cant Turn My Alarm Off Because My Phone Is Freezing I usually set multiple alarms in the morning. Lately, when my alarm goes on, i cannot seems to turn it off. Infact, i cannot seems to do anything as the screen will freeze until i had to restart my phone. My battery health sure dropped to 78% but i am not quite sure if that was the case.

iPhone screen freezes when I hit snooze on the alarm Hello everyone, I had purchased an iPhone 11 two years ago, and it seemed to have a problem with the alarm function: the screen froze when I hit snooze, and the only way to unfreeze it was by using the lock button. Note that while frozen, the phone was not functioning in any way. (This resulted in me using my previous phone as an alarm, since I couldn't count on the iPhone to wake me!) I recently purchased an iPhone 13 Pro max, and oh!, so surprisingly, the problem, still, persists. I tried restoring/resetting the new phone to set it up manually as a new device in order to check whether the alarm would function normally or freeze again. Well, even though this seemed to have solved the problem (I don't know if I kept using it after the restoration, if the problem would eventually come up again), however in this way I lose a lot of data and app history which is useful and important. So, the question is: Is there any other way to fix this alarm bug without losing any existing/previous data? Thank you in advance! Kat [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Restart your iPhone or iPad. · Make sure your screen is clean and free of any debris or water. · Disconnect any Lightning or USB-C accessories.

My iPhone is clean, the issue is that the alarm sometimes Don’t work and when I want to understand why I saw that the screen freezed at the screen alarm,

I think it’s a bug
