My iPhone 15 overheats too much after i connect to wifi for no reason and it uses too much data since I can’t track wifi data usage on iPhone I can’t diagnose the problem.
it had been started since i updated to IOS 18.2
what should I do?

Troubleshooting an Overheating iPhone After an Update:
A. Try what's Mentioned Here: Cooling Down an Overheating iPhone - Apple Support
B. Report this to Apple:
Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue. Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of you occurrences, if you don't report it to them.
it just happens when wifi is turned on and it gets extremely hot that even feels hand burning
it used about 7GB without any reason
It makes sense when it turns to last 10 days
When specifically did you update to iOS 18.2?

Here’s mine, it shows battery capacity usage by app. It’ll show us apps using battery and we may be able to infer data usage.

I think you see what’s going on. Look at the apps eating up your battery capacity.
They’re the as they was if you compare my screen time with battery usage you will notice that screen time hasn’t changed much but battery usage has a sharp increase.
I mean if you check my last 10 days battery usage you’ll notice that there is no much change in screen time but there’s a big difference in battery usage.
