Saving pictures from my safari or screenshotting doesn’t work

hi there! So I wanted to create something a few days ago and got a png but it didn’t save it to my device. I also tried screenshotting a try but it also didn’t work, I went to my camera roll and what do I see, “iCloud storage paused” and I was really sad because this is happening frequently especially with png’s

can't download photos to edit them!! I've recently discovered that when I try edit certain photos of mine the download button appears and won't move meaning that I can't edit/ crop/ revert the photo. The photos are all safe in icloud but I can no longer edit them on my iphone. my photos are set to 'optimise storage' but I always used to be able to access my old photos to edit them. Has anyone else come across this problem?

Photos app taking up storage despite permanently deleting videos. My Photos app was taking up about 30GB of space before I recorded some videos. After recording, that number jumped up to 60GB. So I deleted those videos from the Photos app in order to free up space. However, despite permanently deleting the videos from the "Recently Deleted" section, the number still remains at 60GB. I can't figure out why those videos are still taking up space when they should be permanently gone. I need that extra space. Any ideas about what's going on? Below is a picture of the storage. It's not giving me any way to access that 60.13 GB.

Store "Take Photo or Video" Image to Camera Roll I notice when I upload an image through iOS Safari or Chrome on my iPad I have 3 menu options: Photo Library, Take Photo or Video, Choose File. See attached. When I use "Take Photo or Video" it allows me to take a picture and attach it to the browser upload, but that image is not stored on my Camera Roll. Is there some way to store the image while using this menu option? Side note- I'm using SharePoint 2013 on my iPad to upload files. iPad Pro (9.7-inch) Model: MLMN2LL/A iPadOS: 15.7 (19H12)
