Standard scam / phishing message.
If they DID somehow have control, they wouldn’t tell you …
… they’d just hoover up all your info and steal what they could.

They are attempting to persuade you to voluntarily hand-over your own confidential credentials.
Don’t respond; delete; move on.
An email or message can say literally anything. It doesn't even need to be close to true.
All a crook needs to know is your email address or phone number and send junk like this. And they don't just send it to one person, they send the same scam to thousands, or millions of known email addresses and phone numbers at once.
Can I sell you some swampland in Florida, or maybe the Brooklyn Bridge?
