Cannot restore iphone - not enough memory

Hi,

Last night when I wanted to back up my iPhone, it got backup for 160 GB from 256GB but the rest didn't get backup because an error message kept on coming. So I wanted to go to storage and wanted to delete a few videos it didn't work out because whenever I try it keeps on going back to the home page. So I wanted to try restarting the iPhone and that didn't work out too so I tried a couple of times.

Then my phone all of a sudden got blanked and the apple symbol kept on coming I knew that it had to be something wrong with the software, so I did some research and found a way to connect my phone to a PC (Windows) from iTunes after I did that pc downloaded a software backup and then my phone got disconnected. Again I tried and then I saw on my iTunes that my phone was restoring that backup but again there was an error number 1110. To see the reason because of lack of storage. Yes, my phone was already low on storage (200mb from 256 GB).

My question is, is there any other way that I can restore my iPhone without erasing my data but my storage is also very low? Since I do not have any backup of it. And I can't go for a factory reset.
