So i did a internet speed check with fast.com and saw that while my iPhone 14 get like 37mbps my iOS gets only 15 Mbps and i heard that Slow Internet can be a sign of an Virus Infektion on IOS so is it normal that if have vastly different Internet Speeds on my devices?

Your iPad supports 802.11ac MIMO (a single antenna) while your iPhone 14 supports 802.11ax Wi-Fi 6 with 2x2 MIMO (dual antenna). While I can't say that accounts for all of the difference, it probably accounts for some of it.
