If the issue is occurring while connected to the same Wi-Fi network, then it may be helpful to try resetting the network settings.
Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.
Restarting networking equipment (modem/router/etc.) can also help to refresh things. Similarly, try restarting the iPhone itself as well.
To rule out Bluetooth and cellular data as being related to the issue, try disabling these two temporarily in Settings > Bluetooth and Settings > Wi-Fi (not Control Center).
