My Talkback screen is frozen, so I can't turn off audio descriptions

I accidentally held the mute button for 3 seconds, and now the TalkBack feature is on.

I've made sure to turn off Audio Descriptions and VoiceOver in Settings, and when I hold the mute button to get back into the TalkBack screen, I can't select anything.

TalkBack is a feature for Google/Android devices.

Similar features exist on Apple devices, but under a different name.

Holding Mute for 3 seconds (or 4, 5) doesn’t do anything special on my unit. 🤷‍♂️

Holding the Siri/Mic button for 3 seconds just activates that function, with a visual Siri orb in the corner of the screen. Nothing frozen. Users are supposed to keep that button pressed while instructing Siri; the mic isn’t active without that.

VoiceOver is the accessibly feature where the Apple TV box reads the user interface options to the user, with a synthetic voice. It doesn’t affect the playback of content. It doesn’t affect navigation (up, down, left, right) per se.

Audio Descriptions is an optional alternative audio track with descriptive narration, that may be available for select content. This is a content option, not about navigating the user interface.
