Disable dictation mic in Messages, keep on keyboard?

I know disabling dictation removes the mic from your keyboard and the message box. But i want the keyboard mic. I do NOT want the super sensitive message box mic. Can you have one without the other? If not Apple Geniuses need to get on this please.
