Why are my apps showing as updating but not progressing on my iPad?

Basically this problem occurred on both my phone and iPad, where the game folder is saying an app is updating. But when I open it there’s no app updating as I’ve already updated every app. I’m not sure what to do, please advise

Issue reinstalling an offloaded app (still available on app store) Hello, I have the game 'Love You To Bits' which I play occasionally. Because I ran out of space on my iphone 11 Pro, iOS offloaded this game. Now I am trying to reinstall it and it says "unable to install, app is not available on the App Store". The problem is, the app IS still available. If I go to the app store and locate this app, I can see the cloud download icon. I pressed on it and the app downloaded normally, except now I have 2 icons: one for the offloaded app that contains my saved games - this one won't reinstall one for the freshly downloaded app, opens normally, cannot see any saved data Can someone please advise on how to solve this and get back to a working app with my saved data? Applications refuse to update manually on ipados 16.6 Every Time I try to update apps from the app store, they never progress. I have restarted and updated my device and the issue persists
