Contacts app is not showing up on my iPhone 16

Where is it🥳🪃, please, a constant problem with Apple🍎🍏🍎🍏🍎🍏🍎🍏.

My Contacts app, with ALL my contacts is NOT available to me. I NEED IT NOW, please… it is just gone. I have to manually search for it… when I down swipe and then enter into the top search box, list ‘contacts’, I go straight to settings, contacts, all other entries take me to the app, searching ‘contacts’ take me to settings, contacts…

hence, going into my library to manually search for my contacts app.
