Cannot find Driving and Navigation under Settings

There is no voice on GPS. There is also no Driving and Navigation link under Settings. Please advise how to fix this problem. I have an IPhone 13

ios 16.2 and car play I updated to ios 16.2 and now car play is not working. when I plug my phone in it just keeps searching for my car, but can't find it. I've tried all of the recommendations on other websites. Any ideas?

Please check country-specific features on Apple Maps. Everthing is not available in all countries.
