iPhone 16 suddenly won't gain charge (neither cable nor wireless)

Hi all, merry christmas. My iPhone 16 has never had any issues, and not sustained any damage or been exposed to extreme conditions, and looks perfectly intact. However, yesterday it stopped charging through any means (yes I tried everything, wired and wireless, apple brand and not, in numerous outlets in numerous buildings). It will say its charging but the charge didn't go up at all. It's now dead and only shows the low battery symbols (both the unplugged and plugged one). There's no gunk in my port and the wired and wireless chargers work fine for other iPhones. I have seen two other posts like this in the past two weeks, below.

Any advice other than get service? One poster above said that theirs started charging again suddenly. Doesn't inspire confidence...
