It seems that Giphy is now missing on my IPad . I tried to access it and it’s no longer there l my IPhone was doing the same thing but I was able to correct that but when I tried it on my IPad it didn’t work .

Check both the Language/Region on your iPad at Settings > General > Language & Region and the Keyboard that you are using at Settings > General > Keyboard. Also check if it is under the More button when viewing the keyboard in Messages by swiping to the left on the Message apps above the keyboard. You may need to change the order of the Message apps to make it available without swiping.
