iPhone 15 Pro Max has no printer selected

My iphone picks up the printer and retains it. It prints successfully. Her phone for the same printer picks up the printer in the selection list. She selects it, but it is not retained to print from. Goes back to no printer selected.

We have made sure both her phone and printer are on the same network. Need help. Thanks.
