My iphone camera is not working properly for GCash and PayMaya QR Scanning

When scanning for payment in gcash, the camera is showing black screen. For Paymaya, using QR scanning always opens the selfie camera and not the from camera. Another issue is on a video call in Messenger where camera is always the selfie side. When trying to switch the camera, it will prompt the flip but always comes back to the selfie cam
