LinkedIn Refund Needed ASAP

I forgot to cancel my subscription and was charged $70 for a singular month. The premium has not helped me find a job or make any worthwhile connections one bit and I already cancelled going forward as soon as I saw the charge but I would like a full refund asap. I already submit a ticket but would like to chat with an actual person to explain the situation. Does anyone have any advice or can share their past experiences? Thank you so much!
