Can't connect AirPods Pro2 to FindMy
I received a gift of AirPods Pro2 and I they don't show up in my FindMy app. Also, when I first start and pair them to either my I-pad or phone, they have another person's name already there. I have changed the name and reset them to no avail. After resetting and pairing again, the other person's name comes back up. Is there a way to wipe the AirPods out of someone else's Apple account, or should I return them and get another new set?
