Receiving photos from apple and android
I cannot receive photos from anyone, as well as I cannot be involved in group messages. I receive the same text messages over and over again.
Do you have a 3rd party VPN installed, even if you are not using it? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile. If that fixes it, you can try reinstalling VPN.
If that isn’t the problem (it probably isn’’t) contact your carrier and tell them you have a problem with MMS.
