Unable to receive MMS photos from Samsung on iPhone

On your iPhone, check Settings>Apps>Messages>make sure that MMS is turned on. If you still have issues, then you need to contact your carrier and have them ensure that your account has MMS activated for SMS/MMS messages.

Make sure that you have cellular data enabled.

You need both a cellular voice connection and a cellular data one to send and receive MMS messages.
