Slow eSIM removal and addition after iOS 18.1.1 upgrade

Seems issue triggered after 18.1.1 ios upgrade. eSIM removal as well as adding new eSIM taking forever and tried many remedy suggested in the forum. Is the format and reinstall is the only option? Or something work around is possible ??? Please suggest
