Black Screen of Death on iPhone 7

iphone was charging and then suddenly went blackout, tried several methods, including :

force restart (vol down + side btn)
another force restart (vol up - vol down - side btn)
tried connected to pc and itunes but it cant be synced

how do i fix this, and what could be the issue?

Everything that you are telling us indicates that there has been a significant hardware failure on the phone.

The way to learn more would be to take the the phone to an authorized Apple service shop to have the phone checked, so they can go over your options with you.
