Apple Music account debit issues after cancellation

I cancelled my Apple Music account in November and apple kept on trying to deduct money from my Visa card but saying it failed resulting in some funds being deducted.

I then reactivated the account but still receiving messages saying apple is failing to debit my account yet my account is active till next year and each time this happens my bank is deducting funds.

how do I stop this

You may want to double-check that your subscription actually cancelled:

As much as we'd like to help, we are all Apple users, like yourself, in the community.

No-one here has access to check your accounts or details etc.

You can contact Apple's Subscriptions and Billing Team through their website:

There is a "Get Support - start now" link (online chat / phone / email etc.) at the bottom

Subscriptions and Billing - Official Apple Support

(Note: There's also a "Get a Refund" link on above website if money has actually been deducted (not "pending") by Apple.

or see: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support )
