iPhone 15 Pro type C cable not working with Carplay

my car has a type A wired carplay and when connected to it using the original cable together with type A adapter it doesn't work it will pop up charging sign and goes out immediately.

However what is more interesting is when i use Baseus 3 in 1 cable (pic below) it works flawlessly.

Went to apple and they replaced the cable and it still doesn't work

fun fact my type C cable from Ipad Pro 3yrs back also doesn't work

has anyone face this issue before and how can we solve it ?

i almost tried every troubleshooting that i can find online
