Updating the Syrian flag emoji on iPhone

Apple is not responsible for emojis, the Unicode Consortium is. You can submit ideas here:

Apple has no control over emojis; They are defined and maintained by the unicode consortium, as previously explained earlier in this thread.

Well, you can’t have it now. You can have it when it is released in an update.

You will just have to wait until Apple updates its emoji font. This article indicates the new flag should appear with 18.4.
