Can I recover deleted Photobooth pictures on my MacBook Air?

Hello, I was taking pictures on the Photobooth app and then I deleted some since I didn't like them and I went to trash to recover them to take a close look. And then deleted it again and emptied my trash. I went back to the Photobooth app, and that's when I noticed all of my pictures were deleted, all my pictures and movies that I had for over a year or two. I never deleted all of them, just to be clear. I only deleted the ones I took today.

If these items were kept in the Photo Booth app itself, and you deleted them from within the app, you may recover them by going to the Photo Booth menu > Edit > Undo Delete.

If the pics and vids that you had were stored in folders outside the Photo Booth app, then you can restore them from your Time Machine backup drive. Restore items backed up with Time Machine on Mac - Apple Support
