Retrieve contacts through my email using some one else’s phone?

I was trying to factory reset my phone so I could transfer my contacts to my new phone and I had to connect a charger cable to connect the two phones so I could transfer the contacts from a moto phone to a iPhone 16. Well when I had to factory reset the iPhone 16 to transfer the contacts. Well I forgot that the two phones was still connected together and not knowing it would factory reset the moto phone also. I want to know if I can retrieve my contacts from my gmail and manually put them into my iPhone? If I can do that how do I do that?
