I have access to my Microsoft Office 365 account while at work in my office. On my iphone, ipad and MAC Desktop, I can only access my emails but not programs like OneDrive and SharePoint which I use at work in conjunction with my Microsoft Office 365 subscription. How can I get reciprocal access on my other devices (all Apple products)?

That depends on what kind of license you have at work and whether your administrators have restricted access. Contact your IT department.

Depending on the Microsoft 365 plan you are on, it should allow you to "install" the Microsoft Office products on multiple devices. If not, you should contact Microsoft Support for further assistance with this matter.
