Why did I get charged without any Bill History from Apple?

Hey tonight I’ve been charged for something that doesn’t appear in any of the history I’ve looked apple.com/bill iTunes App Store and in my settings no charge since September how to resolve this

I’ve just bought iPhone 15 pro max and after few months this started I paid a lot for it and now I got charges for things that I can’t even cancel or see

I don’t have any card saved in my account only my phone number how can this happen? Now I have to pay a triple bill ! Now I’m thinking that apple security has been compromised…

Your Apple Account and iPhone has not been compromised as that is clear from your Purchase History, but if the email is legit and Yettel has confirmed the charges, then your account with them has been compromised. Failing to provide valid proof of the charges on your device and simply referring you to Apple is poor customer service on their part and them not taking responsibility for securing your account.

Also note that when using Purchase Sharing with a Family Plan, members can use your payment method and those charges would appear in the Purchase History when viewing their Apple ID, not yours. On that page to view Purchase History, you should not only have the option to view purchases with your Apple ID, but also others in the plan.

  • What is the exact description of the charge you see?
  • Are you the Organizer of a Family Plan?
  • Were you actually charged?

I would suspect if you see the charge on your bank statement your card has been compromised by using it in a terminal that has a skimmer/shimmer installed to read your card details. This is very common at gas stations and some ATM machines. The scammer then added your card details to a device and your bank approved the card when added to this device. They also approved the charges you now see on your bill. It has nothing to do with your iPhone 15 Pro Max or Apple Security.
