I was checking out things on my phone and tap an arrow for voice. I am not on the app page but my home page but the phone is totally locked. I can't go anywhere but to off. When it reboots it is still stuck. Help!

Successfully Getting Out of a Stalled App:
A. Close All Apps:
Other apps may be open, perhaps sending things such as downloads. So, save what need be, and then close all apps. Hold you finger down as you swipe up form the bottom-left corner of your screen. Then, close all of these open apps, by swiping up quickly for all apps.
B. Perform a Force Restart:
Try Force Restarting your iPhone. Save any information that need be. Then perform the restart. See if you can then perform this. Go Here: Force Restart iPhone - Apple Support
