2003 Studio Display Thunderbolt 1 to USB C adaptor not working?

My 2003 Studio Display, connected to a Pro M1 via a Thunderbolt 1 to USB C, was working for 4 years and then the display went black - the laptop continues to be connected with screen share.

What happened? I'm assuming the screen failed?

Thunderbolt Display A1407 not connecting to Mac Studio 2022 A2615 Hello, We already have one LED Cinema Display (Model Number is A1316) connected which works fine through the hardwired thunderbolt cable with an adapter to USB C. We have recently invested in a 2nd screen which is a A1407 and trying to connect it but so far its just not showing anywhere. In displays in system preferences, it only shows one being connected. First of all we thought it was the hardwired cable as that was looking very worn so we bought a thunderbolt cable and that's unsuccessful also. The power is going through it because the USB ports are working but no display is coming up or being detected at all. Are they uncompatible?

Apple Cinema Display 30 inch won't stay on/connected to MacBook Air 2020 M1 Hello, I've got a 30" Cinema Display connected to a 2020 M1 MacBook Air via mini display port to thunderbolt. It seems the display wants to turn on/connect to the Mac only when it wants to. I cannot get it to turn on consistently. I've done all the usual tips and tricks, restarting, unplugging, resetting, trying to detect display, etc. Nothing is working consistently. Is the display faulty? Is the cable adapter faulty? Also tried to connect the Cinema Display to a MacBook Pro with no real luck. I also plugged the MacBook Air into a Samsung display and it connected right away. Am I missing something? OS on MacBook Air is Ventura 13.6.1.
