Within 2 months my I phone 15 cycle count only 74 but my battery capacity now 99. Why this issue happening. Within 2 months not acceptable and correct the battery percentage reduced to 99. After a years or 6 months may accept but how we accept now . Feels bad for buying iPhone 15

That is exactly what it is supposed to do. You can expect the battery health to drop about 1% for every 50 cycles. If it just now dropped 1% after 74 cycles, you are doing slightly better than expected. Under ideal conditions the battery is designed to be 80% at 1000 cycles.

If you had bought an earlier iPhone, then the drop would be 1% after about 25 cycle and the battery health is expected to be 80% after 500 cycles. So, not sure why you would feel bad for buying an iPhone 15.

You're Fine. The Battery Health is expected to drop 1-5% right-out-of-the-box. So, it is performing better than expected. Unfortunately, there is no way to determine why, nor when, the Battery Health decreased.
