please i bought my iphone last week with battery health capacity 98% and in less than a week it has dropped to 88%...please what do i do

Yup. Return it. Sounds like it has a non-Apple battery installed. That or it's just flat out defective. Either way, not worth bothering with.

I'd return the phone to whoever you purchased it from and get your money back.
What model of iPhone did you purchase, was it new or used, and did you purchase it from an Apple store, a used electronic store, or an individual?
