How do I cancel my Apple Pay Connect app purchase?

I ordered this app yesterday because I purchased a Jeep Cherokee trailblazer 2015 and it is not compatible. I am asking for my money back for this application. It was $59 and some cents plus tax please honor my cancellation request requesting a refund.
