Battery IPhone 16 Pro Max

I was just wondering how long the battery on the iPhone 16 pro max is realistically meant to last, as I have noticed it has been draining very fast despite getting it two days ago. I’ve been doing basic tasks like twitter, instagram, and TikTok with nothing in the background and it still drains around 10% an hour, even with background refresh off. Do you think I should take it in to apple or?

Instagram and to a lesser degree, TikTok are not basic tasks. They consume a great deal of your daily battery capacity. Community members are posting screenshots that show apps like WhatsApp, Instagram, Snapchat, and Facebook using significant battery capacity in just a few hours. The app’s developers have not optimized their apps to operate efficiently with the new iOS versions.
