Beats Flex not working at all

I have a pair of Beats Flex that have just been opened and never paired with another device. When I press the power button there is no response and no LED. When I connect them to charge the LED blinks red then blue then red then blue then continually flashing white. I have left them in for a few hours and when it disconnect them from the charger, they still do not power on, nor does the LED come on. I have tried to reset them by holding down the power button and volume down button for 15 seconds but still nothing.

Chances are that the rechargeable battery in your Beats is depleted and can no longer be charged.

The LED status pattern you're describing on your Beats Flex headphones—blinking red, blue, red, blue, followed by continual flashing white—typically indicates that the headphones are in pairing mode but unable to establish a connection.
