Just got a iPhone 16 Pro Max.
in the beginning, whenever I was playing music, I had a large widget on the Lock Screen, and the background of the Lock Screen also had the color of the album art.
since a few days ago, it changed and I only have a small music widget on the Lock Screen, and my regular Lock Screen shows.
How can I change back to the first widget?

This has happened to me before. While playing your music, go to the lock screen. There will be a small widget at the bottom, saying the song name, artist, progress bar, and etc. You want to click on the small album art picture on the top left of the small widget. It will then expand that cover art and fill the lockscreen. Tap on expanded the album picture to minimize it. Your welcome!
