Issue with keyboard layout in my macbook

Hi all, first of all I wanna thank you for your time reading this in advance.

I have an issue with my keyboard layout (kinesis adv 360) only on my new Macbook pro M4 that some keys are not right, for example the button for tilde and backtick when pressed it prints an another thing, while when I connect to my mac mini I don't have this kind of issue. what can it be?

for clarify, I use on both the computers the same US layouts.
